Sponsored by the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering Bio-Manufacturing Engineering Branch, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Tsinghua University, Jointly organized by the Academy of Military Medical Sciences of the People's Liberation Army of China and Southeast University, the 2021 National Symposium on Biological Manufacturing Engineering and the International Symposium on Biological Manufacturing (ACBD-ISBM2021) will be held in Beijing, China from December 4-6, 2021.
This conference is the second national academic annual conference after the establishment of the new committee of the Biologic Manufacturing Engineering Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, during which an international symposium on biologic manufacturing will be held. International experts will be invited to discuss cutting-edge developments in the field of biological manufacturing. Biofabrication is a science of manufacturing biomimetic structures with cells, active molecules and biological materials as the basic unit. It is a new subject intersecting engineering, materials, information and life science. The science, technology and application of biofabration are widely used in biomimetic manufacturing, functional structure organism manufacturing, regenerative medicine model manufacturing, in vitro biological/pathological/pharmacological model manufacturing, cell/tissue/organ chips based on cells and active molecules and advanced medical diagnostic equipment manufacturing. The conference will focus on bio-manufacturing and related fields, gather experts and scholars from universities, research institutes, enterprises and regulatory authorities at home and abroad, display the latest research results and progress in the field, discuss the application of modern engineering and manufacturing science in bio-engineering and biomedicine, promote and lead the development of emerging bio-manufacturing disciplines, and promote international cooperation and exchanges. Promote the industrialization of scientific research achievements, and enhance the international influence of biological manufacturing related scientific research and achievements.
We hope to make this conference a grand event in the field of bio-manufacturing engineering in China and internationally. We sincerely invite you to come to this conference to share and discuss the innovation, application and cutting-edge development in the field of bio-manufacturing engineering.
